The Posina bean
The Posina bean is a typical legume that has limited
production. It is cultivated in the high Vicentine hills to the west of Valdastico, at
between 500 and 600 metres above sea level; it is worthy of attention because of its
original and delicate taste, even if the beans are not produced in sufficient
quantities to be marketed.
